A9000/D-9000 Series Gear Metering Pump

During the manufacturing of hollow fiber membrane, to ensure the precision and quality of hollow fiber, it is necessary to maintain accurate and stable transportation of materials. Gear metering pump features precise volume metering and stable low pulsation conveying functions, which allows it to be used for guaranteeing the quality of hollow fiber membrane and increasing the pressure of spinning pump so as to ensure efficient operation. Therefore, Trustech specially configures this metering gear pump to customers for improving product quality and production efficiency and thus reducing cost.

Metering gear pump can be used in the production process of almost all polymers, applicable to TIPS (thermally induced phase separation), NIPS (nonsolvent induce phase separation), melt, spinning and cold stretching methods (MSCS) and other production processes. Applicable materials include PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride), CA (cellulose acetate), PVC (Polyvinyl chloride), PES (Polyethersulfone), PSF/PSU (Polysulfone), PA (Nylon, Polyamide), PAN (polyacrylonitrile), PTFE, etc.

Hemodialysis / Kidney Dialysis

The hemodialysis membrane is a core functional material for hemodialysis, with the hollow fiber membrane spinhead that is produced in the hemodialysis membrane acting as a key component of the entire production link. The hollow fiber membrane needed in hemodialysis features a high requirement for the surface roughness, accuracy and consistency of the multi-head. The eccentric degree of the hollow fiber membrane spinneret reaches 0.003mm, with the porosity and spinneret meeting the requirements for consistency in the hollow fiber.

Water Purification / Liquid Separation

The separation membrane is divided into the microfiltration membrane (MF), ultrafiltration membrane (UF), nanofiltration membrane (NF), reverse osmosis membrane (RO) and others all based on pore size. The underlying principles between gas separation and liquid separation membranes are the same, with different gases separated according to their requirements, such as hydrogen nitrogen separation, oxygen nitrogen separation, methane helium separation, alcohol water separation, alcohol ethane separation, methane and ethylene mixture separation, H2 and CO2 proportion regulation, artificial lung and natural gas removal of CO2 and H2S.

Desalination

Desalination is the processed used to remove salt from seawater in order to produce fresh water that is safe for human consumption. This process requires filtration done using a hollow polymer fiber membrane.
