Before 2017, Shuiyi Group was troubled by two major issues with conventional hollow fiber membrane spinnerets:

(1)Poor flow consistency among the four orifices, causing significant variability in membrane performance and compromising water treatment results;

(2)Complex structure with inconvenient disassembly and maintenance needles were prone to breakage during removal, assembly, or cleaning, and a failure in a single orifice could render the entire spinneret unusable, increasing costs and severely impacting productivity.

To address these challenges, Trustech introduced the FCT 5th-generation independent-spinneret core 4-hole spinneret solution, delivering the following advantages:

● Independent spinneret core design: Each spinneret core operates independently without mutual interference.  This breaks the limitations of monolithic designs, allowing per-orifice replacement and maintenance, significantly reducing the risk of scrapping the entire spinneret due to a single orifice issue, and greatly improving utilization and production flexibility.

Pinless structure: Trustech abandoning the cumbersome pin connections of traditional spinnerets, the FCT 5th-generation adopts a more robust and user-friendly pinless design.  Disassembly becomes quick and simple without special tools, reducing failures caused by pin loosening or damage and improving efficiency and operational safety.

High precision and strong reliability: Leveraging advanced high precision CNC machining and superior structural design, the FCT 5th generation ensures precise orifice dimensions and high assembly concentricity.  These measures provide strong assurance of stability and durability, enabling long-term operation under corrosive conditions and meeting Shuiyi Group's high-quality production requirements.

Easy-to-maintain, long-life core-liquid needles: Addressing the traditional vulnerability and cleaning difficulty of core-liquid needles, the 5th generation design optimizes needle geometry for durability and ease of cleaning, significantly extending service life and reducing replacement frequency and cost.

Spinneret core service without removing the flow-channel plate: A key highlight of the Trustehc FCT 5th-generation MBR braided tube coating spinneret is that the independent spinneret core can be easily removed for installation and maintenance without disassembling the flow channel plate.  This greatly simplifies maintenance, saves substantial labor and operating costs, shortens setup time, and boosts overall production efficiency.


After adopting Trustech's FCT 5th-generation 4-hole spinneret, Shuiyi Group achieved notable gains: the braided tube reinforced hollow fiber membranes exhibited more stable and reliable performance with significantly improved water treatment results;  spinneret utilization increased markedly while production costs declined;  and the convenient disassembly/maintenance and long life needle design substantially reduced downtime and maintenance expenses, improving overall efficiency and economic returns.  The customer was highly satisfied, noting that the solution not only resolved long standing production issues but also strongly supported the company's sustained development.  This collaboration deepened technical exchange, laid a solid foundation for future innovative products, and jointly advanced technological progress in the water treatment industry.
