  Melt extrusion system

Control parameters: temperature, pressure, screw speed. Extrusion temperature must be precisely controlled to maintain a homogeneous solution and avoid thermal degradation due to local overheating; pressure must be stable to ensure flowability;

  Phase separation and cooling systemControl parameters: cooling rate, cooling medium temperature. The cooling rate directly influences pore morphology and should be controlled via air cooling or a liquid coagulation bath;

  Extraction and drying systemControl parameters: type of extractant, extraction time, drying temperature. The extractant should be low-toxicity and environmentally friendly; extraction time must be sufficient to remove residual diluent; drying temperature should be moderate to avoid fiber deformation or pore collapse.

  Winding and post treatment system

Control parameters: winding tension, cutting length, packaging method. Winding tension should be uniform to prevent fiber stretching or breakage.
