Trustech Participates in the 12th National Conference on Membranes and Membrane Processes

From August 5 to 9, 2026, the 12th National Conference on Membranes and Membrane Processes (CCOM2026) was successfully held at the Suzhou International Conference Hotel. The event was hosted by the Chinese Membrane Society (Preparatory Committee) and the Membrane Industry Association of China, and jointly organized by Suzhou National Laboratory and Nanjing Tech University. As the longest-running, largest-scale, and most comprehensive top academic event in China’s membrane field, this conference brought together more than 1,100 experts, scholars, and industry practitioners from major universities across the country, research institutes of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, membrane equipment manufacturers, membrane materials R&D institutions, and engineering industrialization enterprises. Centering on frontier theories in membrane science, new materials R&D, process equipment, and engineering implementation, participants conducted in-depth discussions in all dimensions, jointly exploring original innovation in membrane technology and high-quality development paths for the entire industrial chain.

Trustech was invited to attend the conference and set up a booth. On site, it held in-depth exchanges with academicians in the domestic membrane field, university professors, research institute researchers, and upstream and downstream partner customers, focusing on core topics such as the precision manufacturing of hollow fiber membrane spinneret, hollow fiber membrane spinning machines, and RO flat-sheet membrane casting equipment; stability in spinning and forming; compatibility with multiple membrane material systems; and scale-up of mass-production lines. A large number of Trustech’s long-term partner customers were among the attending guests, with business layouts covering all sub-sectors including high-purity hydrogen separation, CO₂ carbon capture, rare helium purification, nano-/ultrafiltration for water treatment, medical bioseparation, and new-energy separators. This fully demonstrates the fundamental value of hollow fiber spinneret heads, as the core key components of membrane spinning, in supporting the R&D and mass production of the full range of separation membranes.


The conference featured six high-profile plenary reports and nine specialized sub-forums, and concurrently hosted a “Future Membranes” graduate youth forum. Ten thematic exchange segments fully covered all tracks of the industry: AI-empowered membrane materials and membrane process design; membrane transport mechanisms and membrane structure characterization methods; reverse osmosis/forward osmosis/nanofiltration/ultrafiltration/microfiltration; gas separation and purification and pervaporation; bioseparation membranes and biomedical membranes; ion-separation membranes and related processes; membranes for new energy applications; novel membrane materials and processes such as MOFs/COFs; engineering of membrane integration technologies; and a graduate academic exchange forum. Numerous top domestic academicians, experts, and discipline leaders took the stage to share insights, reviewing frontier advances in membrane science and assessing new development directions for the membrane industry during the 15th Five-Year Plan period.


For many years, Trustech has been deeply engaged in the independent R&D, process iteration, and engineering implementation of hollow fiber membrane spinning machines, RO flat-sheet membrane casting equipment, and precision hollow fiber membrane spinneret. In terms of market share, Trustech firmly ranks among the industry leaders in hollow fiber membrane spinneret, hollow fiber membrane spinning machines, and RO flat-sheet membrane casting equipment in the domestic market. The company has been successively recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise and a Technology-Based Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise. Twice, its core technologies have been officially evaluated by the Chinese Academy of Sciences’ Search and Consultation Center as being at the “domestic leading” level, continuously consolidating its industry-leading position in the field of core components for membrane spinning.


This conference built a top-tier professional exchange platform that enables two-way communication, resource alignment, and collaborative innovation between the academic research side and the industrial manufacturing side of China’s membrane sector. It fully showcased the broad industrialization prospects of AI-driven intelligent design, novel porous crystalline materials, specialty separation membranes, and large-scale membrane engineering integration technologies. As universities, research institutes, and membrane equipment manufacturers across the country continue to deepen their efforts in membrane materials and membrane processes, and as high-level industry–academia–research exchange and matchmaking platforms become normalized, the engineering transformation and implementation of cutting-edge laboratory research results will be further accelerated, comprehensively empowering China’s membrane technology industry to advance into the world’s first tier.
