The patent adopts an embedded, modular structure that combines a "spinneret module base frame + tubular single orifice nozzle." The module base frame consists of an upper, middle, and lower plate, paired with independently removable tubular single orifice nozzles, enabling a single module to produce hundreds of fibers simultaneously. Compared with traditional single orifice nozzles, production efficiency increases by several dozen times, laying the groundwork for rapid market capture.


At its core, the patent achieves dual breakthroughs in "multi-orifice scalability" and "easy maintenance." Each tubular single orifice nozzle mates precisely via a boss and locating slot, sealed with an O ring. This ensures micron level assembly accuracy while allowing individual spinnerets to be replaced easily—cutting maintenance from hours to minutes and reducing material waste by over 80%, significantly lowering operating costs. Meanwhile, independent flow channels for the bore fluid and dope solve clogging and precision instability common in traditional equipment, keeping fiber diameter deviation within 0.002 mm and markedly improving product consistency.


As a key enabling technology for TRUSTECH 4th generation spinneret plates, this patent has been successfully applied in critical fields such as environmental water purification and medical hemodialysis membranes. Building on this foundation, the company has iteratively released 5th through 9th generation spinneret plates, evolving from "online control ability" to "intelligent flow control." Its products now form a full scenario portfolio, serving 471 customers worldwide, with over 90% share in China's high end market and exports to 37 countries and regions—establishing the company as a benchmark in China's hollow fiber spinneret sector.
