Core liquid stabilizer: Located mid way in the cylindrical core liquid chamber and sleeved over a central boss; its stabilizing apertures (uniform or intentionally non uniform patterns) tune velocity distribution, eliminate vortices, and ensure even core flow delivery to each needle.
Shell liquid stabilizer: Fixed within the cylindrical shell liquid chamber in the cap; its orifices balance pressure and maintain laminar encapsulation of the core stream, producing hollow fibers with highly consistent wall thickness.

The spinneret base, body, and cap are clamped with screws and locating pins for repeatable assembly accuracy. Needle tube mounting holes are arranged circumferentially outside the shell liquid path and are strictly co axial with the forming orifices.
Each needle tube's bore is smaller than its corresponding forming orifice, establishing a stable "core inner/shell‑outer " dual‑layer flow that forms the tubular lumen in a single pass.
