Top feed core liquid: The core dope enters through an inlet in the spinneret base and travels via a cylindrical boss directly into the needle tube center to establish a stable core stream.
Side feed shell liquid: The shell dope enters through a lateral inlet on the spinneret body, fills a cylindrical chamber, and is distributed circumferentially to the forming orifice to encapsulate the core and form the hollow structure.
Multi function production adaptability
Homogeneous hollow fiber: Independently routed core and shell paths create uniform wall thickness tubular fibers.
