Multi orifice spinneret architecture
The system comprises a braid guide plate, spinneret body, high strength stainless steel needle tube, and spinneret cap fastened by screws for a compact, serviceable structure.
The cap integrates an open cylindrical shell liquid chamber with a side inlet and a circumferential array of forming orifices. Each forming orifice features a coaxial cylindrical buffer groove to equalize shell liquid inflow and improve filament uniformity.
Braid guidance and needle tube synergy
A through channel in the guide plate aligns the braid; the spinneret body includes a needle tube seat. One end of the high strength stainless steel needle tube is fixed in the seat, the other extends into the forming orifice.
A hollow braid channel runs inside the needle tube and maintains a designed gap to the forming orifice, ensuring uniform coating of dope on the braid surface to create an internally reinforced hollow fiber.
Flow stabilizing buffer grooves
Coaxial buffer grooves above each forming orifice improve shell liquid distribution, mitigating thickness non uniformity and enhancing run to run stability.
Durable needle tube construction
High strength stainless steel needle tubes provide robustness and manufacturability for long duration, high pressure operation.
Efficiency through simultaneous extrusion
